Check-in is self-service using the lockbox — your access code will be provided before arrival. We kindly ask you to check out by 11am. If you require a late check-out, please contact us via Airbnb and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

House Rules
Please note: Exterior security cameras are installed on the property (outside only — not around the hot tub or decking areas). Any damage to the cabin will result in a repair or replacement fee.

Luxury Bedroom
Beautifully styled king-size bedroom with luxury bedding, fitted wardrobe, extra pillows and blankets, clothes storage and hangers. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for every stay.
Bathroom
Modern walk-in rainfall shower bathroom with WC and wash basin. Hairdryer, shampoo, body soap, shower gel, hot water and cleaning products are all supplied.

Stocked with welcome breakfast items. Wine glasses and toaster provided.

Available for your use — detergent in the cupboard.

The Hot Tub
Enjoy the private hot tub any time, all year round. No curfew for relaxing — we just ask that from 11pm the jets are switched off out of respect for the neighbourhood.
Music
Connect via Bluetooth (P20) on the hot tub to enjoy your favourite playlist.
Extra Towels
Provided in the wardrobe inside the cabin.
Cover
Please close the hot tub cover at night — this is very important.
Safety
The hot tub has no gate or lock — please supervise children at all times.

Historic inaugural site of the O’Neill chiefs with sweeping countryside views. A must-see near Cookstown.
